About me
Hello, I’m Elnara Mamedova - Certified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist since 2020 with over 3 years of professional experience and more than 200 hours of practice supporting women seeking clarity, balance, and fulfilment in their personal and professional lives.

My work centers on strengthening self-confidence, clarifying goals, and building emotional resilience, so you can move through change with clarity, self-trust, and a deeper sense of personal alignment. I work most closely with women in their 30s and 40s who are navigating transitions and relationship challenges, including separation, divorce, infidelity, and both planned and unexpected relocations.
